We grew them in a pot (we 😊 well Iyasu did) and they thrived there.
So many ways to enjoy them; spiralised in a salad, julienne in a stir fry, battons to dip in houmous, grated in rawslaw, juiced, roasted, diced.
Well you get the picture! So versatile, vibrant, tasty and nutritious!
